Can well be defined as a balanced mode of conduct on behavior that is well accepted
by one and all that makes all feel comfortable and at ease. It involves manners,
social behavior, psychology and a keen understanding of human nature.
It helps to build relationships. Fosters good will and understanding generates positive
feelings, and often brings pleasure and profit to a gathering community or a company.
It is other centric and is made up of love forgiveness, care, and all that makes
another feel good. The saying “ do unto others what you want them to do for you”
still holds good today. Besides the use of good manners, language, speaking skills,
behavior and all that makes one friendly and acceptable. WLL teaches etiquette as
part of the personality development, Life skills and interpersonal skills courses.
They are often equally important as the academic or the language qualifications
of the candidate. Good etiquette always builds up and adds value to life.
