1. Are all WLL certificates valid world-wide?
Ans: Yes it is.

2. Do you have timing options for busy students who can not attend the regular class?
Ans: Yes / can be arranged

3. Is there hostel facility for outstation students?
Ans: Can be arranged / contact Office Manager

4. What is the medium of instruction? Can you give details?
Ans: English and if require in their MT.

5. How do you handle weak students who lag behind the group?
Ans: Special attention/ extra time / smart students help weak students

6. Do you offer job placement? Do we have to pay?
Ans: Yes / only handling charges

7. Do you give training materials and post training materials for long term development?
Ans: Yes

8. Do you have counseling /consultation services? Are they charged for?
Ans: Yes- no charge

9. Please explain your teaching methods and technical and resource support.
Ans: Entrance test, divide the group according to their level, Audio, video and text support, game play, lab session.

10. Do you have distance learning programmers?
Ans: Yes, (on demand)

11.Can course/ Training fees be paid in installments? Please explain.
Ans: Yes/ you need to pay minimum 60% of the course fee, and rest issue PDC (No installment for short term courses)

12. Can payment be made in foreign currencies?
Ans: Yes, whichever currency is recognized by RBI

13. Do you have benefit schemes for students who join as a group?
Ans: Yes, if they join more than 10 they will have 8% discount and more than 15 10%.

14. What post training assistance do you offer and what is the validity?
Ans: Advice/ consultancy/ validity 4 months. All consultants do, validity may change

15. Do you display the marks of high achievers as in IELTS /TOEFL and other courses with measurable results.
Ans: Yes, it is a strong U.S.P to get more students.
