TRAINING
Training is the main function of a teacher or trainer. It ensures that effective
learning has taken place for a student as a result of the training. For this, however,
the training methods employed are of prime importance.
To start with, the trainer should communicate at the level of the students. Compared
to traditional methods, today the interactive method to be used - wherein the students
can ask questions as the lesson progresses. Thus clarifying all doubts, besides
others also benefit from the questions (asked). (Next), group discussions are also
important. After a lesson, students are allowed to discuss on various topics - this
stimulates the thinking and creative process. Besides comprehension powers, abstract
reasoning and analytical skills are polished.
Role-playing is another method, where the student puts himself or herself in place
of the character thus develops spontaneity and speaking skills. Other training methods
like Projects, group learning and building interpersonal skills called “team-based
study” train students in teamwork - which will be useful for the students to take
up jobs. However, the trainer ensures that practical work is done based on the theory
that has been taught. Last, but not the least, an important method is “result analysis.”
This is important for students to know the how and why of their results. They can
thus recognize their weak areas, and final ways to improve. Our trainers provide
latest information on the advancement and development in the educational world,
besides conducting cultural and personality training programmes. They are highly
qualified, educated and language experts from various countries; they possess good
communication skills and a clear vision.
